The ESSENTIAL LEADERSHIP course is designed for those positioned to take on an increasing leadership role in their organizations. It will help and enable you to be an effective leader and train in communication skills, decision-making, conflict resolutions and the capacity to influence others. It is ideal for any professionals interested in improving their leadership and management skills in order to be successful in their company.

    The course is beneficial for a range of professionals whether currently in a leadership role or an aspiring leader. This course will help you develop key leadership skills and equip you to bring organizational teamwork.

   Duration:

   The total duration of the COURSE is 18 hours and can be conducted once a week for 5 weeks.

   Schedule lecture:

    Daily lectures are between 3 to 4 hours that are arranged in 45 minutes lecture with two 15 minutes break. The last segment is for group discussion and hidden gems (what participants have retained and learnt).
